[afnog] AS36947 (Algeria telecom) strange behavior

hi guys,
i see some strange things hapening there
anything going through amsix (mostly) dont have a return traffic
for example OVH France, and CloudFlare
those are one of the few destinations i can't access at all
another destinations ofer intermitan access (70/30)
anyone see such bad behavior from those crazy people that dont evean know the base knoledge of bgp?
