Yeah the information on that site http://arkko.com was last updated  on
25/8, 2015 as indicated in the footer, as you may already figured out that
its a volunteer effort from Jari Arkko (current Chair of the IETF) whose
schedule i expect can be quite tight.

Maybe there is some further volunteering that can be done to make it more
the content up to date, anyone interested in volunteering may contact him
directly at jari.arkko[at]piuha.net. I am sure he will be glad to welcome
volunteer
