I am working on a socio-political study on the Internet in Eastern and Southern Africa, having said that I am interested in the views of members on the continent outside the Eastern and Southern African regions.  I have developed a survey from input received
 in initial set of interviews I conducted with a set of technology leaders from across the East African community over the last few months.

I would be most grateful if you could participate and complete the survey. I would also appreciate if you could forward to any engineers would have an interest in Internet development on the continent.<br>
