Congratulations to Prof. Quaynor! 
Prof. Qauynor is a guru and one of the pioneers of the Internet in Africa -
having served as the first African rep in the ICANN board. A humble man and
always helpful beyond just technical issues. It has always been a pleasure
to meet and share his wisdom on "Internet and Society". This is a befitting
recognition not only for him but to all of us in Africa.
