[afren] recognition for Dr. Nii Quaynor

Just saw the announcement after a very long journey.

Congratulations to Nii and very best wishes for his future actions. Sure
that nobody will let him retire now, as he use to announce :-).

While there is still huge work to do in our continent in regards to ICT in
general and Internet in particular, we must recognise that big steps have
been made in the right direction. And Nii's major contribution to this
process is undeniable.

Ayekoo!!! (as we say here in Ghana).
