[afren] AfriNIC applies discount for African R&E institutions

Dear All,

upon a proposal of the AAU, AfriNIC has agreed to apply a 50% discount to
education and research institutions in the AfriNIC service region (Africa
and Indian Ocean). AAU and the African education and research community are
very grateful to AfriNIC for this.

The discount concerns membership, set-up and assignment of IP resources.
