Hi all,

I personally agree with the decisions taken, most importantly the
strategic planning. Should'nt all other fit in when we have a well
articulated plan? The plan will give us focus and a long term vision into
which we can factor all others. In addition, we can factor in monitoring
and evaluation processes for our practices and activities, thereby
developing best practices that can be used by ourselves and others.
