 Colleagues,

                The link below will take you to a short survey with the
objective of quantifying the collaborations between institutions around the
world and institutions in Africa.  Some of you participated in the
preliminary draft, but I ask that you please take the survey again, since we
will be analyzing and reporting on the data at the Internet2 Spring Member
Meeting in Arlington, VA.  I anticipate an overwhelming response based on
the informal polls conducted over the last few months.  Please feel free to
distribute the link to as many individuals and organizations as you can,
since the collaborative opportunities cover many areas of interest.
