I lost 54kg (118lbs)  in 2008  and the transformation was amazing... not only visually  but  physically... able to tie my shoelaces !  Able to fly on a 737 plane!   

I  can't now and am  beating myself up for gaining it back...  


My knees ache and  now my  feet  are sore when I  walk. Can only  do short  distances...  and the looks I get. I feel like Jabba the Hutt.
