[afren] WACREN Board Sets up Governance Reform Committee

Hello all,

Following a resolution at the WACREN 2019 AGM and a subsequent call for
nominations, the Board has set up a Governance Reform Committee. Members 
are:

1. Prof. Michael Faborode (Nigeria, Chair)

2. Mr. Anicet Andjouat (Gabon)

3. Prof. Henri Motcho (Niger)

4. Mr. Peter Kaba (Ghana)

5. Prof. Oumarou Sie (Burkina Faso)

One of the objectives of the reform is diversification of Board 
composition
(more representation of stakeholders groups, gender consideration, 
etc.).

As per the AGM resolution and terms of reference, the committee is 
expected
to provide its draft report within 6 months, which will be shared with
members for comments.
