<div dir="ltr"><div>Attached is a draft report of a workshop held in Cotonou end of June by ECOWAS, WAPP (West-African Power Pool) and the World Bank. Although the final report is not out yet, the draft will give information on the issues raised during the meeting. The main isssue was how to make use of the capacity of the dark fibre available on the fiber installed along power lines in West Africa.</div>
