I would offer the AVOIR network to set up a site that integrates all of
these and other communications tools into one application. It is called
Chisimba (the pole framework of an African house in Chichewa), and is
made in Africa by 15 universities. In that way, when a communication
strategy is implemented, it can be implemented in one integrated suite
that promotes growth of an African software ecosystem. As an example,
see http://digitalfreedom.uwc.ac.za/ where we used it to run the Digital
Freedom Expo. Among other things, it is also being used to run a SANTEC
seminar on blogging starting tomorrow.
